Holden Building Solutions Ltd offer a comprehensive range of services, directly employing operatives across the North of England and working with local subcontractors on small- and large-scale projects. We use the tools which larger companies use with a personal touch.
Planning
Our works are planned using our cloud based works management system. This is updated with the itemised work required for each property. The information includes the start and finish dates, all labour is scheduled through this and the site teams have access through their mobile device. We plan, sequence and schedule everything within the cloud software. The itemised information is live and is accessible to clients upon their request.
Locations
Our work is spread across Lancashire, Cumbria and Yorkshire. Our Head office is in Blackburn however we have satellite offices in Workington Cumbria and Hull East Yorkshire.

We are a CHAS accredited contractor and we are always looking for safer practices and more efficient techniques to aid our work. We understand the importance for our clients to be assured that the work is being done safely but also that the processes are being followed and documented correctly.
We use the services of an outside Health & Safety Officer from Link Safety. They inform us of new legislation and assist us in auditing and assessing our works.
