Education
We refurbish existing buildings, classrooms and the building fabric to enable the client to utilise their building. We have built several extensions onto existing schools to allow the school to grow and succeed.
Healthcare
We have worked alongside the NHS and their Transforming care teams to create living spaces across the North. Our builds have allowed people with a learning disability or health conditions live in the community, with the right support, and close to their new home.
Conservation
We have worked on many prestigious and listed properties to prolong their life and save the properties for future generations.

Why Work With Us?
We are a CHAS accredited contractor and we are always looking for safer practices and more efficient techniques to aid our work. We understand the importance for our clients to be assured that the work is being done safely but also that the processes are being followed and documented correctly.
We use the services of an outside Health & Safety Officer from Link Safety. They inform us of new legislation and assist us in auditing and assessing our works.
